User-Organized Activities Disclaimer
AroundU is a technology platform that enables users to create, discover, and join activities organized by other users. AroundU does not organize, manage, supervise, control, or endorse any event, activity, or meetup listed on the platform. All activities are independently organized by users. The organizer is solely responsible for the planning, execution, safety, quality, legality, and conduct of the event. Participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions when choosing to join or attend any activity. AroundU does not guarantee the accuracy of event details, the identity or behavior of any user, or the safety, suitability, or outcome of any activity. Users participate in events at their own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AroundU shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, fraud, misconduct, dispute, cancellation, refund issue, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to: participation in any activity or event, interaction between users, payments made to organizers, cancellation, rescheduling, or non-fulfillment of an event, or any actions or omissions of organizers or participants. AroundU is not a party to any agreement, transaction, or dispute between users. Any disputes must be resolved directly between the organizer and participants.
Use of Our Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. We actively enforce safety and community standards across the platform. Do not use our platform to cause harm or disrupt services.
Content
You are responsible for the content you post. AroundU actively monitors and reviews user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies or community guidelines, and take action against accounts involved in such violations.
Intellectual Property
All rights reserved. Our platform content is owned by AroundU or its licensors.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Refund Policy
Refunds depend on event organizer policies. We facilitate refunds in case of cancellations.

Community Guidelines
Users must follow these rules when using AroundU. The following is strictly prohibited: Harassment, bullying, or abuse of any user; Hate speech or discriminatory content; Sexually explicit or inappropriate content; Spam, scams, or misleading information; Promotion of illegal activities; Impersonation of another person. Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent ban.
Reporting and Blocking
Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior directly within the platform. Users also have the ability to block other users, which will immediately prevent further interaction and remove their content from view. We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.
